Summary:

Our store carries in-stock items only, and all items are shipped from our warehouse partner in Shenzhen, China. Under normal circumstances, orders are shipped out on the same day or the next day. Item in-stock information is updated in real-time, but if there may be any update delay errors, such that certain items in your order is out of stock, we will notify customers at the earliest to ask if they wish to wait for item(s) to be in-stock before shipping or to cancel the item. Situations like this should be rare however, but such should happen, we hope for your kind understanding.

Store item prices are based in HKD only. We support checkout through credit cards and paypal.

At this moment we ship worldwide. Shipping fees are listed below:

Hong Kong and Macau: All orders regardless of volume HK $71

Guangdong and Fujian, China: All orders regardless of volume ~RMB ¥62

All other China: All orders regardless of volume ~RMB ¥75

Oceana and Pacific(AU, TW, ASEAN, JP, KR): All orders regardless of volume: equivalent to ~ USD$16

Europe, USA, Canada: Orders within USD$100: ~ USD$21, above: ~USD$31

All other regions: same as USA

Duties and Taxes:

We take care of all duties and taxes. Customers do not need to pay any to receive the goods.

Returns and Refunds:

Currently we do not accept returns. But should customers have any issues with bought items, photos can be taken and sent to our email. After review we will decide if there is any ground for refunds. Please note this option is only available within 7 days of receiving your order(customers have to contact us within 7 days after receiving the order).

Tracking numbers

All orders have tracking numbers, which customers can use to track the progress of their items. If you do not receive it in your inbox it is likely that it has been filtered into spam by your email server.
